This class is based on Acro yoga principle. Working on communication alignment and proper technique. Go from static positions to dynamic transitions. No partner or experience required. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING YOUR WARM-UP, WHICH IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SAFETY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!"

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
