Proper Aerial Attire; fitted long sleeve or short sleeve top that covers the armpits. Long yoga leggings or fitted athletic pants. Take your hammock flow to the next level. Perfect for those who have completed our hammock foundations, basics or intro to aerial hammock. This class focuses on Progressions, flows and learning new skills and tricks. Elevate your fitness routine and master the art of aerial dance in this dynamic class. "PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR CLASSES! WE OFFER A 5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, AFTER WHICH ENTRY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENSURE A SMOOTH AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE. Cancellation Policy Late Cancellations & No-Shows: All members, including unlimited and package members, will incur a $10 fee for cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time or for no-shows. Unlimited Members:The fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. Package Members: You can choose to pay the $10 fee, or If you prefer, you can forfeit one class credit from your package instead.
