About the event
Spice up your pole repertoire with some badass moves. We’ll begin by learning heels technique and conditioning exercises needed in order to land safely. Then you will learn a variety of dynamic basework tricks that are sure to be eye catching and most importantly fun! Attire: Heels & Kneepads required.
