Welcome to OceanFlow Aerial Studio, where fitness is fun and accessible to everyone, no matter their level. Our unique classes offer something for everyone, from aerial silks to hoops to dance. Sand

Intro

Never pole dance or tried any other aerial arts, be prepared for a fun introductory course.

Level 3 Pole

Prereq= Straddle invert, Inside/outside knee hooks, superman. In this level we focus on inverted tricks such as, butterfly, brassmonkey, shoulder mounts

Level 1Pole

You should be able to execute the fundamental tricks and basic pole techniques such as fireman spin, pinwheel spin, back hook spin, front hook spin and basic floor to stand transitions, dance technique body wave, pirouettes, leg waves

Level 4 Pole

At this level you should be able to execute a multiple inverted tricks

level 2 Pole

Prerequisite= basic climb, chair spin, Juliet spin, spins that require full bracket such as boomerang spin/carousal spin, Apprentice spin/jermilla, basic invert, crusifix
